Who is CollegeNET?

For more than 40 years, we have worked exclusively with colleges and universities. CollegeNET provides software for academic scheduling, event scheduling, and campus operations to hundreds of colleges and universities. Many of our employees are former schedulers, so the people building and supporting the software have lived through a first week of term.

Who answers when we need help?

People who know the product and your work. The goal of a support request is a solved problem, not a canned reply with a link. Noel Ponder at Carleton College described it this way: “We get real people, real responses in an incredibly short period of time.”

How does CollegeNET protect our data?

We undergo an independent SOC 2 Type II examination every year and complete the PCI DSS self-assessment annually. We also complete the HECVAT for institutions that request one. For more, see our security page.

We already have a scheduling system. Is switching worth it?

Switching is a real decision with real work behind it, and we treat it that way. A good starting point is the list of problems you are living with now, such as double bookings, term uploads that take a day, or data nobody fully trusts, and whether a platform built for higher education solves each one. Norfolk State moved academic scheduling to another platform and is now transitioning back to 25Live for better features and more responsive support.
