Bill Brice
Chief Executive Officer
Bill joined CollegeNET in 2026, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience across technology and software companies. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at CoreForce and Catalis, delivering mission-critical solutions for the GovTech and Public Safety markets. Over the course of his career, he has led high-performing teams within private, private equity–backed, and public companies. Bill has a strong track record of strengthening operational rigor and aligning technology innovation with customer needs. Bill is recognized for guiding organizations through periods of significant growth and operational transformation. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
John Dempsey
Chief Financial Officer
John Dempsey brings over 20 years of CFO-level leadership experience across corporate finance. He has served as Chief Financial Officer at CollegeNET since August 2022, driving the company's financial strategy, reporting, and operations. He partners closely with ownership, the executive team, and the company's private equity owners and board on strategic growth planning, financial reporting, and overall business direction, and has a strong track record of strengthening financial operations and improving organizational performance. Prior to CollegeNET, John spent 15 years as Chief Financial Officer of a privately held company, where he oversaw finance and operations and served on the company's Board of Directors.
John is a Certified Public Accountant based in Portland, Oregon, with a passion for building strong financial foundations that support long-term growth.
Kelly Causey
SVP, Client Experience
Kelly Causey is Senior Vice President of Client Experience at CollegeNET, where she leads the company’s Professional Services, Technical Support, and Account Management organizations. She is focused on creating exceptional customer experiences, strengthening strategic partnerships, and ensuring customers realize meaningful value from CollegeNET’s solutions.
Kelly brings more than 14 years of leadership experience across customer success, professional services, support, and customer operations in the SaaS industry. She has extensive experience building and scaling global customer-facing organizations, improving retention and customer value, and developing operational strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. Throughout her career, Kelly has also partnered closely with higher education institutions, giving her a strong understanding of the unique needs and complexities of the industry.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University. She is passionate about developing great teams, solving complex problems, and building lasting customer relationships.
Julia Noonan
VP, Sales
Julia has been with CollegeNET for over 29 years as both a salesperson and manager. A graduate of Northern Arizona University, she has extensive knowledge of college and university scheduling needs and stays current on marketplace trends. Julia oversees 25Live by CollegeNET sales, consults on product roadmaps, and ensures customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
Emily Mieren
Director, Marketing
Emily serves as Director of Marketing at CollegeNET, where she oversees brand strategy, demand generation, events, communications, and customer advocacy programs. She leads initiatives that increase awareness of CollegeNET’s solutions, elevate customer stories, and support engagement across the higher education community.
Devin Sills
AVP, Engineering
Devin Sills leads product and engineering at CollegeNET, where he has been building higher-ed technology since 2011. As VP of Engineering, he heads a large organization spanning engineering, QA, and product.
Over his tenure, Devin has led the modernization of 25Live, CollegeNET's core scheduling platform, and drove its rise to market leader in both event and academic scheduling. He led the talented team that shipped Connect25, a student-organization management product, and continues to drive platform modernization and technical strategy across the engineering org. His technical expertise spans distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and database performance at enterprise scale.
Devin holds an M.S. in Computer Science with a focus on AI and machine learning from Portland State University. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking in the Pacific Northwest, storm watching on the Oregon coast, and playing basketball.
Mark Bridges
VP, Admissions
Mark Bridges, Vice President of Admissions, has spent 21 years at CollegeNET building long-lasting relationships with clients and helping customize admissions technology that supports their unique goals. Having worked in roles ranging from Web Developer to Account Manager to Associate Vice President of Software Development, Mark brings a deep understanding of ApplyWeb Admissions software and solutions to every client relationship. That firsthand experience, as well as a willingness to work hands-on alongside CollegeNET's customers, allows him to translate complex technical capabilities into practical, real-world solutions for the institutions he works with. Mark takes pride in being a responsive, dependable partner — someone clients can count on to listen closely, understand their challenges, and help guide them toward the tools that fit their needs best.
Andy Seubert
AVP, Information Security
Andy Seubert is Associate Vice President of Information Security at CollegeNET, where he leads the company’s information security and compliance programs. With more than 20 years of experience in IT and security, he has led initiatives in SOC 2 and PCI DSS compliance, risk management, security awareness, and enterprise security. Andy holds CISSP and APIsec certifications and focuses on practical security that protects CollegeNET and its customers while supporting the company’s business goals.
Jacob Lundberg

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Oregon State University, with a focus on system administration and business systems. Over a thirty-year IT career, he managed systems for a local ESD, Teledyne Oremet/Wah Chang, and the Oregon Department of Geology before joining CollegeNET in 2004. He was promoted to lead the Linux and data center team in 2007. As AVP of IT Architecture, Jacob ensures CollegeNET delivers its SaaS products with the security, stability, and performance our customers have come to expect.
