What was it like switching to Series25® Scheduling?
" CollegeNET has been making so many changes to 25Live that are so helpful functionally that it's allowed me to set the system up in a way that better serves our community. They've been seeing that in action for a couple of years. Now I'm getting that buy-in, whereas a few years ago everyone was like, no, I hate it. Don't make me learn a new thing. Now they're like, oh yeah, that thing we've been kind of using, fine, I'll just go all in. I just feel so blessed. That's what we've been trying to do the whole time.
"That's been incredible. Listening to customer feedback, making those changes that are requested, and that is ultimately making a better product for us to use and a more usable product for our schools, and it's just great. I'm obsessed with 25Live. I'll talk about it as long as anyone will listen to me, but most people don't want to listen to me for that long. I love it. So far, no one at my campus has given me a task that I can't find a way to at least get so close to being what we really want it to be within the system. All the feedback I get that's like, no, I'm like, but what if you did this? And they just don't want to.
"I haven't found a limitation in the software that's keeping us from fully utilizing it. If anything I have found, if we put in a request, the changes are happening. It's just getting better. Changes are coming up that I didn't even know I needed. It's really amazing having that kind of back and forth and your ability to listen to the client, what they want and need.
"Most of our issues that I've put in tickets for have been solved immediately. Occasionally I'm the problem, so that's a really easy fix. If something isn't working and I put in a ticket, it is addressed so quickly. Even if my problem is very unique to me, support's always really willing to try to figure out what nonsense we've created in our environment and why it's doing that so that we can fix it and find a new way. I think it's great."
