What was it like switching to Series25® Scheduling?

"Customer service with Series25 has been excellent. They're very responsive. We're able to share real in real time. We're having this issue, this is the problem we're, we're interfacing with and we're getting real, a real individual is responding to us. There's certainly plenty of data and, you know, help sites to find the information, but it's nice to have a person that you can actually get that initial feedback from."

Would you recommend Series25 to other universities and why?

"Absolutely. We've been longtime customers of Series25, and certainly while the grass is not always greener on the other side, we've been very happy with the product. We've been able to adapt and, and evolve the product over the years that we've had it, and we've been able to grow, through both our university processes and through the system."
