" 25Live helps me in my everyday. I do all the external events at my institution. So if I book a meeting room, conference room, baby shower, all the way down to, like, the nursing program needs classes in a special place.
What has been your experience with our customer support team?
"Customer service has been great. Our account sales rep, if we send her an email, we get a response within like 24 hours. We get phone calls. We can do like online Zoom team meeting calls. She's very accessible to us.
Whats your favorite thing about 25Live?
"I think for me, for 25Live, it's the occurrences. So, I can book like a five-day gala where they're loading in on Tuesday, but they're leaving on Sunday and the big gala is on Saturday. I can book like five to six rooms for them at different times. So the occurrences is a huge feature that I like."
