What was it like switching to Series25?
"Okay, so it was really easy. It was a nice segmented process and I felt supported the entire time. We had great topics kinda lined up each time we met, and I felt like we got homework basically to do, and then had a deadline and felt really prepared at every step. So, customer service has been wonderful even prior to implementation, if we had questions. You always had time for us and even after implementation now we're about three weeks in. If I ever have any really big questions, people sit down with me, chat, we make time. It seems really easy and everybody there is really friendly and helpful."
Would you recommend series to other universities?
"I would. It's a really robust product and has a lot of great support and a lot of features that can be customizable and can use in any different instance depending on how big you are. So, the transition to the new product, we were a little weary because as you know, a lot of university workers don't enjoy change. But the, feedback so far has been really great and everyone has said that, especially on the events side and even the academics pieces too. It's really easy to use, very logical, and it really helps that everyone has had really, I guess you would say great positive feedback for us, that they feel like they can do what they need to do in a quick and timely manner and don't get stuck in, trying to figure out the software."
