The July 2025 CollegeNET User Conference brought the people, the passion, and the innovation together! Close to 200 scheduling professionals from around the country gathered in beautiful Portland, Oregon to super-charge their academic and events scheduling skills, experience hands-on learning with CollegeNET software engineers and scheduling experts, and share insights with colleagues. The event was a full two days of intensive learning, networking, and discovery.

One of the standout features of this year’s conference was its hands-on approach. Rather than passively listen to presentations, participants rolled up their sleeves and dove into interactive sessions alongside CollegeNET software engineers and veteran scheduling experts.
