" We love everything about it. We love the responsiveness, the performance, the features, everything, to customer support, the mobile friendliness, all the functionality that we can offer to our end users, accessibility. Well, it was in the middle of COVID, so we had a lot of challenges, mostly regarding our stakeholder availability, but, you know, working with our implementation consultant was great. He led us through all of our very specific configuration needs, and, so we were able to successfully, implement and go live on time. And, it's been pretty smooth sailing ever since then. Yeah, I can't say enough great things about your customer service. You know, I file a ticket, I document as much as I can and I get a pretty good response if something is particularly urgent. They respond really quick. They're always communicative in regards to the status of things, where it is along the pathway, whether it's tier one or tier two, and all the way through, you know, the resolution and after that.
"So I really love all your technical support people and I love this conference because it gives me an opportunity to say thank you to each one personally how much their professionalism and expertise means to us. So, I'm the functional administrator for our system across nine campuses. And so I call myself the wizard behind the curtain. I don't actually do class scheduling or event scheduling, but I love how you're able to make changes in bulk and how all of the user interfaces are very intuitive and easy to use, and, changes that I need are made quickly and accurately."
