OrgSync Integrates CollegeNET Room Reservation
All-in-one Service Streamlines Event Planning and Resource Management

CollegeNET, Inc., a leading provider of Web-based on-demand technologies for higher education, and OrgSync, a leading community management software for higher education, have announced a partnership to facilitate the process of event scheduling on campus.
The OrgSync platform now integrates with 25Live®, a system developed by CollegeNET that enables academic and event schedulers to search dates and venues to reserve campus space and resources. Through this partnership, the two companies will deliver to their mutual customers a seamless experience for reserving rooms and planning events on campus across platforms.

25Live is part of Series25®, CollegeNET's all-in-one solution for scheduling, calendaring and reporting. The program provides users with a complete set of advanced tools for optimizing classroom and event scheduling, space and resource management, web calendar publishing, and inventory management, as well as master planning and reporting. The integration of 25Live to OrgSync's platform allows OrgSync to become a one-stop-shop for students and administrators to manage operations on campus. Students and administration can access 25Live through OrgSync to view events, locations, schedule events and assign locations and resources to them, check location and resource availability, and process event registrations. Once an event is scheduled, the 25Live Publisher automatically syncs with OrgSync's calendars to ensure users stay organized. The partnership between CollegeNET and OrgSync demonstrates both companies' commitments to simplifying day-to-day administrative processes and collaborating across the technology sector to ensure campuses are provided with the best experiences.
